ordered flowers for a funeral. I was asked to get a discount I would sign up
for email ads. I was not aware it would cost 10.00 a month--What do I actually
get for the $10.00 ? Big rip-off how do I opt out?

It did delivered but
charges additional $9.95 monthly
I checked my order
confirmation for flowers to a funeral in June 2009 that I have never subscribed
their additional services nor products. They charge me $9.95 monthly. I emailed
to Bloomstoday.com and awaiting for reply since they have NO weekends answering
service. It seems like a big scam to consumer

scam!!! Today I received a check for $6.47 from Blooms Today. It looked like a
normal check and I thought oh, maybe they overcharged me on the one and only
time I ordered from them (never, ever again) and are sending me a refund. I
looked and looked at that check and FINALLY I saw it. In really small print it
says by cashing this check you are automatically signed up for a one year long
program that ends up costing you 164.00!!! What a hell of a nerve. I will never
use this company again. I had a coupon from the Entertainment Book (I need to
contact them to tell them about Blooms Today) and it was supposed to be for 50%
off a flower order. Only after everything was ordered and all info given on my
part, including my VISA number, did they bother to tell me that the only way I
got the 50% discount was if I joined the Blooms Rewards Program. WHATEVER!!!
HUGE, HUGE rip-off. :(

Blooms Today did not fulfill my order for flowers to be sent to the funeral home for a man who dedicated more than 10 years of service to his community! The flowers were to be from the homeowners' association - there was nothing there to express our thanks and I feel awful!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered that were suppose to be native to the ST Louis area. They said that they would be able to deliver St Louis flowers with out a problem. What was delivered was carnations and other common flowers. I knew I should of looked up a local florist that offered
Saint Louis flowers. The phone book is confusing though.
