Found out about this site through Florist Forums and decided to check you out. It's great!

Warning re Florist Concierge. I was in a rush, I found them on Google maps, they promised same day delivery, and of course, 2 days later and no flowers. No call to tell me that the flowers would be late. I call their phone #, and, of course, just get an answering machine. Since there was a local telephone # and google maps showed them as having a local address, I though I was safe; boy was I wrong. What a scam. Do not use these jerks! Has anyone else had problems w/ this shady outfit?

There are a couple of "order gatherers" (as they are called in the industry) who you have not included on your list: Best Floral (Waukesha, WI) From You Flowers (Old Saybrook, CT) Gift Tree (Vancouver, WA) These companies will take your "local" order, add on a service fee and then send it onto a local mom and pop store for delivery. I say, why not call the local florist directly?

As a local Florist I appreciate this site very much. I have customers come in an tell me their story about ordering online and getting ripped off. I direct them to you, hopefully they will follow up on my advise and register a complaint. We are a locally owned Florist and we have linked your site to our website. We did the same with the Floristdetective and we always try to educated our customers. But you will always have the onces that want something for nothing and rather go online and order instead of calling their local florist and get their flowers for a better price and without all the extra charges.
