My Complaint : I ordered flowers
candy and a balloon for my aunts 90th birthday. They were to be delivered on
July the 31st. The money has been taken out of my bank account but so for no
delivery. I am sure my aunt will only turn 90 one time. Where the hell is my
gift to her. Since I have the invoice saying they would be there for the
celebration, that is what I expected. If they show up Monday or Tuesday or
whenever , The party will be past and it will not be the same. Marsa Herod

My husband and I should've done our homework before ordering flowers for my
grandmother's funeral which was on 7-14-10 from Honest Florist.com. When you
call them their message says that their flowers are guaranteed to stay fresh for
5 days. They didn't even last an hour!! The arrangements that we picked on the
website were bright beautiful colors and we had pictured my grandmother dressed
in white and being surrounded by all of these beautiful bright flowers and when
we arrived at the funeral home it was the opposite. The tulips were already
turning brown and a lot of the other flowers were already wilted. The flowers
looked NOTHING like the photos. I have ordered flowers for funerals in the past
from other companies and I have never had such an awful experience as with
Honest Florist. Their name alone makes me sick!! Their website promises fresh
beautiful flowers and these were nasty looking and had no scent!! Their flowers
are not cheap either. I have already called them and they said that the only
flowers that are fresh are the ones on the vases. REALLY, ARE YOU KIDDING
ME?!!!!!! They said that they would call their florist and investigate what
happened with our order and that they would get back with me. I AM STILL
WAITING!!!!! I think that we should have went to Jewel or Osco and we would've
had better looking flowers than the ones that we received. One of the
arrangements is called "Garden of Serenity" which had a porcelain sculpture of
Jesus on the photo and that is not what we received. The white roses were half
wilted and tell me why it had a statue of some other angel instead of Jesus.
This was my grandmother's funeral. I will never see her again. Instead of me
being sad, which I am, I am more angry than anything. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM
HONEST FLORIST.COM!!!!!!! YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

The name of the shop is Fleur Flowers. The owner is Chai
Kanchanahoti. He is extremely unprofessional, his flowers are not fresh, and he
makes unauthorized credit card transactions on your credit card! He created an
arrangement for my fiancee and I for our destination wedding that was based on
his own design, not what I instructed him. When we advised him that we were not
pleased with his work he because extremely unresponsive, unprofessional, and
charged my credit card an unauthorized fee. I would not recommend his services
to anyone!

Horrible Experience. I ordered the flowers on May 5th and they said they
would be delivered either on May8th or Mother's day, May 9th depending on how
busy they would be. Well THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I of course issued a refund and
they never sent the information to any florist to be delivered. Way to ruin a
mother's day. I guess you really do get what you pay for, free shiiping means it
just won't ship out at all. Will definetly NOT recommend them but tell everyone
to NOT use them ever. Not reliable at all!!!!!

Not only did they charge me MORE than my order said (apparently I
didn't see the little print that said "handling charges may be more depending on
the delivering florist") online, they did NOT deliver on the day I had
scheduled! I got a complete confirmation saying the flowers would be delivered
on that day, and they were dropped off the next day. The flowers weren't the
same as the picture and they were dropped off in the middle of my friend's
driveway instead of the porch! I sent an e-mail to their service center, and
they immediately wrote back saying the delivery driver had an emergency that day
(how would they know that within 5 minutes?!) and that they "tagged" the door
and garage.... they offered me $10 off my next purchase of $30 or more. Uh,
sorry but I will NEVER be using them again, let alone be using their pathetic
coupon that expires in a month. I don't give a crap who had an emergency or
what, the flowers should be delivered on the day promised, put on a front porch
if they don't have the courtesy to call and make sure someone is home, and when
someone is unhappy they should be REFUNDED! Worst flower experience ever. Next
time I'll just use proflowers or something.

so i have small children n didnt want to ricks getting sick after visiting the
hospital so i thought i would send some flowers. this was my email conformation
for the same day delivery the website promised for my mother inlaws flowers when
she was in the hospital.....

Was supposed to receive order on Valentines day for my wife. It never
showed. Placed a complaint through automated customer service. Was surprised to
get a call back the next day and a message left for me. Message said flowers
were delivered around 2-3 o'clock and left outside my house. Well we were home
all day and there was no knock at our door and no flowers either. Like everyone
else has said, do your local florist a favor and order from them. I will never
order flowers on line again.

I ordered a beautiful
flower arrangement for my Grandparents in Maine. As they are both elderly and
not doing very well I wanted to brighten their day with bright fall colored
arrangement.
The arrangement that was sent was not even close in color or
flowers. I was given a $10.00 refund to my credit card and they emailed me a
$15.00 coupon off any arrangement $40.00 or more. I was told that the colors and
flowers I ordered were not in season so they had to substitute. I am now very
sceptical about ordering again from them. I also found that honest florist's
pricing is not that much better than some of the major flower dealers and their
service leaves something to be desired.

the kids I love and will adopt! Last year.. 09 mothers day. They never came...
they never told me they would be re-delivered or ever appologized or offered an
explanation. I still get an email a week from the "honest florist" Makes me

ordered flowers for a funeral. The funeral was for a 6 yr old little girl which
was a friend of my daughter. My daughter wanted pink flowers for her friend that
had passed, so I ordered what I saw and thought was pink azalea's????? I got to
the viewing at the church and looked for my flowers, and I saw
them.....ABSOLUTELY awful. They were a beige color with a straw ribbon wrapped
around them....they looked nothing like the picture and were totally
inappropriate for a funeral, a little girls funeral at that!
What makes me
more upset is I contacted the floral shop 2x and noone responded back to me. I
do not recommend HonestFlorist to anyone....I was so disappointed.

I'd like to warn people that
honestflorist.com is not really what they claim to be. They created fake florist
shop addresses and fake web sites. Then, they point them to their own main shop
web site. They are not local shops; they just pretend to be ones. Customers
might think they buy from a local shop which is not true. There is a reason why
they call themselves "honest" just to misguide potential customers. Examples of
their fake addresses are 1519 Market Street and 1525 Market Street, San
Francisco, CA 94102. There are no such addresses and definitely no flower shops
there. Potential clients should be aware of such dishonest practice and check
physical locations if possible.
Honestflorist.com you should be ashamed
of such practice.

I was apprehensive about ordering from "honest"florist because of the name, but
they had the arrangement I was looking for. I ordered the flowers. They arrived
at 7:30pm the date due, but were COMPLETELY different from the pictures online.
Different color flowers, different vase, different FLOWERS! I called customer
service and left a customer complaint. It took over FOUR days for me to get my
issue resolved. I simply wanted a refund and would even give the flowers back!
It was one thing after the next until I read to the customer service rep their
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee! I got my refund. Make sure if you're not
satisfied to get your money back! "Honest" my behind!! :/

I received a call today at noon after placing an order online yesterday
afternoon for today's delivery. The representative indicated that in addition
to my $35 order I would also be required to pay an additional $19 because the
area was "more expensive than usual". Upon my request for why this would not
have been reflected in the price displayed online prior to purchase I was told
that this was impossible (note that I order flowers ever year to this zip code
and have NEVER received this type of response). My order was for a school
delivery for a birthday today, which is now impossible due to the incompetence
of this organization.
I was so displeased that I instead chose to order with
proflowers.com whom I have had very good experiences with previously. I would
NEVER use this vendor again. Now, grandma will get her birthday flowers late
courtesy of "Honest" Florist.com.

I ordered flowers for the funeral service of my grandmother (who raised me). Not only did the flower never arrive but this HORRIBLE-UNRELIABLE "Honest Flowers" refused to make up for their failure. I strongly recommend to ALL.... NEVER USE YOUR HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Customer service is the worst. You treated me like piece of sh*t, as if it was my mistake they forgot to deliver my order. My mistake for not going with real company. I currently blogging and post complaints to whom ever to warn them of your DISHONESTY! Never again.

Also you only refunded the cost of the flower not the shipping....f*****g scammers. i'm going to the better business.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday for same day delivery and due to no prompt follow up from the HonestFlorist Company and the delivery company that represented them "Stop and Smell the Roses" the birthday delivery arrived 3 days later. I would not have known if I hadn't called my mom to ask her how she likes the flowers I sent for her birthday. Oh, what a disappointment to hear her tell me that she received no flowers on her birthday from me after I expected same day service. I have no faith in sharing these website services to friends; for they may experience the same fate.

The owner Aron Benon introduced himself as the best online florist having sold his Florist.com biz to FTD for Millions, blah blah blah, I needed to send flowers in Irvine and decided to use his service. I'm sorry but I don't know how he could run a business like that. My flowers did not look anything at all like what I ordered. I called and was told that replacements had to be made on some of the flowers because they were not in season. 1st off, how do you sell something that's not in season, and 2nd. How do you replace daisies with carnations? Just like the other complaints, i was told i can get my money back if they pick up the arrangement. I WILL NEVER USE HONESTFLORIST.COM AGAIN!!!

I couldn't believe myself when he said that, the CEO?!? What happened was that i ordered a dozen PINK roses for my mom, she received wilted RED roses, as anyone i called to complain and that was what I was told. Ordered Brilliant Flowers arrangement from them to my mom, what she received was nothing like what i ordered, I called the florist and they told me the wiring florist gave them x amount for the arrangement to include delivery. They had cut my arrangement down by 5 bucks and told the florist to take the delivery out of the arrangement, I'm thinking how many times a day do they do this and how much are they stealing daily from consumers. I called to complain they said they'll send the florist to pick up the flowers, WHAT!?!?! first they scam me, now they want to take my moms flowers away. I couldn't let them do that, but rest assure, i will tell everyone i know about my experience.

After several unanswered phone calls and unanswered emails and complaints through their website, I have still yet to receive a refund one month later. DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOWERS FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!!!
