Went to FTD ordered by zip code, Abbott's florist came up and I ordered
an arrangement.Received a confirmation but no confirmation #. and Abbott's has
no record of my order. $123.00. Did my arrrangement get delivered and why would
a florist in Bellaire Tx receive the mastercard charge if they didn't put the
arrangement together and deliver the flowers ? This was for a funeral...

I just received a "small" bouquet
of mixed flowers today with two small yellow roses. I called my husband in
Mishawaka, Indiana and told him the bouquet looked like something I could pick
up at the local market. When I asked how much he paid for this, I could not
believe it when he told me it cost him $75.00. This is the most incredible
waste of money I have ever seen. I can't believe you would charge someone this
amount and the end product be a bouquet no larger than 10 inches because the
vase is on 6 inches tall. Shame on you for making a 63 year old woman who has
been married 40 years and is spending Valentine's Day alone this year feel
heartbroken.

I paid $220.80 for a
funeral wreath from "Blossom Florists" on line...it advertised that it had been
in business for over 30 years.
The wreath was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE
PICTURED OR DESCRIBED...I WAS VERY EMBARRASSED BY IT...
I have called
their customer service 6 times without any answers...
Responses: "I can't
tell you who I wired the order to"
"I'll have someone call you
back"
"Send an e-mail to the website"
I e-mailed a
complaint to:service@blossomflorists.com and it came back "undeliverable"...it
wouldn't go through...
No one will give me any answers.
I believe this
is some kind of a scam...
Where else could I report this?

In early
December, we ordered a beautiful-looking basket of flowers with four small candy
canes as pictured on-line as a gift for a relative in Colorado. A completely
different item was delivered (candy bars, candy canes, no flowers, quickly
siezed upon by a child in the home). I called as soon as I found out, by way of
a puzzled "thank-you" phone call from the recipient a few hours after delivery.
I immediately called customer service to register a complaint & asked that
the correct item be delivered as I was not interested in paying close to $70.00
for $10.00 worth of candy that I didn't even order. I was told someone would get
back to me (didn't happen). I called again, was told to call #713 664-0889,
which I did. After receiving absolutely no satisfaction from a rather rude
woman, we are now disputing the charge with our credit card company; will NEVER
do business with this florist ever again!

On August 4, 2009, I ordered a funeral piece
from (what I thought was a family owned and operated since 1970, florist in
Wayland, Ma. The piece listed at79.99 w/ a delivery fee of $13.99 (which I
thought was rather high ) and was delivered on the 5th to a funeral home in
Wayland, Mass. When I went to the home for the wake on that p.m., I found the
piece was one of the ugliest arrangements, I had ever seen. One of the focal
points of the arrangement was red glads. The "glads" looked like skinny "pixie
sticks" sticking upward in the container w/out a hint of anything red. On the
6th, the day of the funeral, the condition of the glads had not changed and
continued w/out color. I contacted the company w/my disatisfaction re: the
order. I was referred to a customer service person named Jillian Willett.
Jillian defended the fiasco by saying the flowers were just too fresh, hence,
why they were not/did not open. I requested half of my money back and was
refused. She was an extremely rude person and it was evident , she was defending
a company that were "scammers" w/no intention of delivering customer
satisfaction. I am now aware that it was not a local florist that I ordered
from and "to add insult to injury" I found I was charged and additonal 8.25%
sales tax for the State of Texas. I will be contacting the Consumer
Protection/State Attorney Generals' Offices both in Texas and Mass.
These
impostors must be stopped and the public must be fully informed regarding their
scamming
tactics and should no longer order from any florist that you don't
check first to be one of good business practices .

We ordered an arrangement from kays for our daughter in law at
mothers day in May. We decided on a real plant and they asked if we wanted any
other flowers to be put in the arrangement. And suggested Daisies. So my wife
said that would be okay. Well when we got our american express bill we found
that they billed us for two charges. One in the amount of $61.68 and a seperage
one in the amount of $56.27. We called our daughter in law and she said she got
two arrangements . We of course did not order two. I hope someone can take some
action against this company. They are crooks for sure.

I placed an order through Gallery Florist for a
funeral arrangement. The funeral arrangement sent was nothing like what I
ordered. The arrangement sent had flowers way past their prime.
When I got
back from the funeral I went back to the wed sight and could not find anywhere
on there web sight anything that came close to the flowers they sent. I of
course called to place a complaint. I could not get a response out of them. I had similar situation arise back in December when I ordered
christmas flowers. Any way, one
finally told me that I would get a better response if I e-mailed them. So I did
but still did not get a response. I was finally given the phone number of what I
was told was the complaint department. The number was 1-713-664-0889..After a
couple of days I got e-mail from a Jillian Willett. They will not accept any
responsibility for sending the wrong flowers. I called my credit card company
and discovered that a Kays Flowers was paid for this order. My credit card
company is now investigating this complaint. Jillian Willett had offered to
refund the amount of the tases and fees for this order but said they could not
do more. If they got paid for this order they certainly can refund the full
amount. I will keep you posted.
