My Complaint : Pro Flowers, whomever is in charge of this business should be terribly ashamed of the "flowers" that were sent out for Mothers Day!Our families paid good money for the mess your company sent out. Yea, you did replace th with the same poor quality. Needless to say,a lot of the replacements had to be tossed. Attached is a picture of a few of them I threw away a lot before saying much. The first three dozen were delivered Saturday may 12th at 8 pm and the second three dozen on may 15. Seven day guarantee my butt!!

My Complaint : ProFlowers completely messed up my order. I paid extra for the before noon delivery and it still hasn't arrived. I was never notified of the mistake; I had to call and track down the issue. All the customer service person could say was sorry and that he would reimburse me the expedited charge I paid ˆ no kidding, plus half the delivery cost which doesn‚t help because the person is no longer at the site to get the flowers. The customer service person then said he would give me a $15 certificate for a future purchase ˆ like I will ever use this company again. I asked to get reimbursed the total cost since the event was a complete loss - he said he couldn‚t. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he wouldn‚t allow me. So bottom line ˆ I paid for flowers that will not get to the person and someone else I don‚t know will probably get to enjoy on my behalf. I will let everyone I know the poor service and lack of adequate resolution from this company. I truly don‚t understand why this company has „Pro‰ in their name ˆ I didn‚t receive any professionalism.

My Complaint : My husband sent me tulips and iris bouquet, they came half dead. With some tender care they came "alive" for about a day. They looked nothing like the picture! So when I went to clean up the vase to put it away...the "pink" came off the vase. It just peeled right off! I would post a picture but I'm not sure how? I will not waste my time with ProFlowers again!!

My Complaint : Should have done my research instead of trusting these clowns. Looks like I sent a nice do-it-yourself kit to my 85-year old Mother for Mother's Day. How thoughtful of me! A box via UPS. How nice! With crappy flowers you can try to revive yourself! Nothing says you care like a box of crap from ProFlowers!
I'll never hear the end of this!
I won't rest until I've warned 1000 others about these scumbags.

My Complaint : I placed an order with these people with my husband credit card and clearly told the woman the name on the card, they never sent me an invoice of the order today I called for the invoice and was told they could not speak to me about the order as the name is under my husband's name, they would not even send the invoice to the e-mail address. After I get my invoice I wont be using these people again, their site will not show past orders so I could not even look up the order myself.

My Complaint : I received flowers from my daughter Tammy Antoniello from you on Sat. May 12. They were in terrible shape - the little roses were broken and were dead by the next day. The big roses were completely dead by Monday and even the carnations are dying. I tried calling you and I was "caller #2" - and all of a sudden I was caller 10 with a 40 min wait. There was no order no. and I didn't even know where they were from and had to call her.
Please fix!!!

Email : JSch435458@aol.com
My Complaint : Dear Sir/Madam:
My Niece, Veronica Chang-McManus, sent me tulips/irises, with box containing chocolates.
The flowers were beautiful and Friday when they were delivered. However, by Mothers' Day, the petals from the tulips were dropping on the diningroom table.
The chocolates were chaucky.
I cannot send a picture of the bouquet because I don't know how to do that. But, take my word for it....They were not up to the standards of Proflowers.

My Complaint : On May 4, I ordered a succulent arrangement for my mom for mother's day. I also ordered one for my MIL. Well my MIL got her arrangement but my mother did not. After calling twice, I was told I would get a refund and they would send out the arrangement without cost to be there tomorrow (Tues). When I called back to check on it, I was told that I got a refund with an attitude that what was my problem I got my money back. Here's the problem... you screwed up my mother's day gift for no reason. They gave me no explanation as to why it didn't get sent out, only that they "didn't know what happened". I've check the site for the tracking number and surprise, surprise, there is no shipping date, yet again. My guess is that since they "refunded my money" (which they seem to have the attitude that I should be greatful for them doing so), that it's a done deal and I won't be getting my order at all. And then to add insult to injury, I got a sales pitch with some "specials" for placing an order for my mom. Isn't that special? I, like others here, will NEVER do business with these morons again. I guess I should not be surprised that they have committed equally reprehensible things to other customers.

My Complaint : Worst Mother's Day gift ever! The flowers were wilted and candy was melted. I was so embarrassed when my mom showed me the flowers and candy I oredered from Proflowers! Have emailed them 4 times for a refund. Haven't heard from them yet. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE company. Has a F rating on the BBB. Wish I would have looked it up. Figured since they were being advertised all over they would be a honest company. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Name of Delivering Florist : Pro Flowers
My Complaint : My name is Ellie Johnson. I received
my flowers (my wife did) on 5/ 8or9, 12, and they were DROOPING by 5/12/12, and so were my Mothers order. It is unacceptable and a disgrace for a business to represent it's self in this manner. A photo would have proven my point, but I am highly disappointed with PRO-flowers. This is the SECOND (2nd) time that my wife has been disappointed in her flowers. For some reason I don't expect a gesture of goodwill. And we wonder about American businesses.

Name : Jim and Amy HIatt
Email : thehiattgroup@aol.com
My Complaint : The flowers/roses that were delivered from ProFlowers today (Saturday before Mother's Day) were hideous. I just looked at our bank account and he was charged almost $70 for multi colored brown tip, small bud roses. No other greenery or foliage to go in the vase to fill it around the roses, just the tiny roses. He could have done better for $20 at the local grocery store or even Walmart. RIDICULOUS! He also told me that they claimed a 9.99 additional fee for Sat delivery and almost $15 charge for Sunday delivery - he chose Saturday delivery but said they charged him both delivery fees. (?) There is no break down on the charge to our bank account so I do not know if this is accurate yet or not? Who do we speak with to make a formal complaint? Jim and Amy Hiatt, Plano, TX

My Complaint : I just wanted to comment that of the 25+ orders I have placed with Proflowers over the years, this was the first negative experience I have had. With such a proven track record I was surprised and disappointed when my mother let me know that a fair number of the flowers my wife and I had sent her for Mother's Day were either wilted or broken.

Name : Joe Callaway
Email : joe.callaway72@yahoo.com
My Complaint : I ordered my Mother an expensive gift to be delivered on Friday the 11th at 5:00 pm I called because she had not received it yet. i then contacted ProFlowers to see what was the delay only to find son yahoo deleted the order. Now I have nothing to give my Mother for Mothers Day and I am over 1000 miles away. They did not give me any explanations or recourse of how to resolve the situation but said i could order something today 5-11-2012 and it will be delivered on 5-14-2012 with an extra cost for delivery.
They had no concern that she is in the hospital or i was unable to visit her and she would have nothing on Mothers Day. SO I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE USED THE AT LEAST 5 TIMES A YEAR OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS. BUT NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT EXPECT ANY ASSISTANCE WHEN THEY SCREW UP YOUR ORDER

My Complaint : Mothers day flowers never arrived at said time and date. They offer delivery and times, charge out the kazoo, do not deliver on said times and day and then offer a measly refund. Pro-flowers sucks, I'll make it short her and take it to the social network, like facebook. Word of mouth goes a long, long way. "Do not buy from Pro-flowers if you want your shipment to arrive on time."

My Complaint : I spent at least 30 minutes selecting mothers day plants and flowers for delivery to different locations.
I spent an additional 20 minutes on the phone with the order center. The person I spoke with confirmed my card number,my order, both destinations and told me e-mail confirmation was on the way within minutes. ...she never confirmed the order on her end. So my well intentioned mothers day greenery was merely an illusion. Im extremely dissapointed with Pro Flowers and not likely to use them ever again!

My Complaint : I've had a few problems in the past we were able to resolve, however this is the last time I will use them. They sent 2 orders to the same address of the same thing, and didn't dawn on them it might be a mistake. Every time I try to send an order on the internet there always is a problem. The person I contacted to ask about my order was also a piece of work. She was clueless as to finding my orders also. Telling me I should check my credit to see if they did charge me twice for the same order, which she knew they did. I will definitely find someone new.

My Complaint : ProFlowers.com is terrible. Do not do business with them. They will hammer you with hidden fees, and deliver crappy products.
My original order was $19.99. After they tacked on a bunch of hidden fees and shipping the order was $48.89.
I immediately called to cancel my order because the hidden fees were not on the confirmation order page, and they refused to cancel. They said, "too bad, your loss".
I filed a complaint with BBB, and The Office of Consumer Commissions.

My Complaint : I have used Proflowers on several occ. and have been disappointed the last two times. The flowers, red roses, I received for Valentine's Day were wilting and brown when I opened them. Now I have received another bouquet for Mother's Day, Tulips, and when I opened them they were bent over, brown and wilting. I travel a lot and wasn't home when they were delivered. I don't understand why you have my phone number on the box and you don't call to make sure the customer is home. I am really sorry this has happened twice!! I love flowers and take very good care of them when I receive them so this is totally unacceptable. At least the florist makes sure you are home before leaving beautiful flowers to wilt on your front porch!!

My Complaint : We ordered flowers from ProFlowers, and within an hour two other flower orders were charged to our credit card. This morning another order was charged to our card.
When contacted, the company told us to contact our credit card company and dispute the charges. When I told them it was their screwup and their obligation to fix it, they said there was nothing they could do, but they would initiate an internal investigation.
We cancelled our order, because we do not want to do business with a company like this. But someone at ProFlowers has our credit card information and is using it, and the company won't do anything about it.
Fraudulent amounts were: $39.61, $42.97, and $54.07
For two of the orders, we received confirmation e-mails which showed the name, address, and phone number of the recipient. We contacted them and informed them that someone was sending them flowers, but that we had instructed our bank to disallow the charges. Neither party knew who might be sending them flowers.

My Complaint : I placed an order yesterday 5/9 /2012 I thought I hit the order button but apparently got distacted & didnt My special price deal I KNOW was for a 19.99 arrangement that included FREE VASE AND CHOCOLATES.Today I got e-mail to complete order and receive 10% on my order from yesterday when I completed the order today they removed the FREE vase 10% I called and they claim there was NO SUCH OFFER! I know there was because of the extras & the price offered in the ad was the only reason I ordered MYSELF flowers They told me again that there was no such offer for the arrangement I ordered that it was only for more expensive bouquet In ad I seen there was definitely 2 choices the 19.99 bouquet or the more expensive one and vase was originally on my bill as free. I think this is crap along with the many shipping changes handing changes etc. the suddenly attach to your order @ check out

My Complaint : SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! First off..the pretty arrangement you see in the picture is NOT what you get. Your receiver of the gift has to arrange the flowers themselves from what they receive in a box. Next, you have no idea until it is too late and your CC is charged the total of your order. Just when you 'think' you will see your total before excepting..wellah..you have just paid and agreed to bogus charges!! Shocked I called ProFlowers immediately (within 30seconds) and they claimed it was too late to cancel my order and my money was nonrefundable!! I chose morning delivery (no where did it state there is a 15.00 charge for morning delivery until...it was too late to say 'no'). Too much to mention!

My Complaint : Pro Flowers listed their standard delivery charge at 4.99 for the date I selected. I chose that option and at check-out they changed the price to $9.99 The true cost was never revealed until I went through all the effort of entering the delivery information and credit card info. I called before hitting the final "enter order" tab. I was told that they just do that. Until I actually place the order, the price is not garanteed. Some lousy business practice. My Complaint : Think its pretty crappy that on the site your advertised price was $19.99 plus $6.99 shipping and somehow without any warning, the total came to $42.76. Once I looked at the receipt all of a sudden there's an extra shipping charge, extra charge for guaranteed May 11 delivery, and taxes (obviously)... no where were the extra $15 charges mentioned before checking out. So much for inexpensive flowers! Sounds like a rip off & scam to me!! And of course any orders placed after May 5 can't be cancelled.... go figure! Never ordering from you again!!

My Complaint : I am a customer service rep forProFlowers. I am in no way representing the company or their opinions when I say... you people are dumb. I answer the phones and review every order with you before I submit anything into the system. If I list out all the charges, explain all the details of your order and you answer "YES" to Kwould you like to confirm your order at this time?" And you are not comfortable with the price, you are dumb. I am sorry but I get no perk, discount, reward, or commission by selling more. I get paid to answer the phone and I am trained to provide the best possible customer experience. Some of our agents suck, sorry. But the 100% guarentee ensures you get what you ordered, how you ordered it, when you need it delivered or we replace it free of any cost or we refund your money. So please stop tryiing to get free stuff and bitch at me like I shyt in your box and mailed it to you. I have children and we depend on my paycheck. Karma is ugly and is probaly why miraculously your order was messed up. Had nothing to do withProFlowers, you just suck as a person and karma caught up. Sorry, call andthe customer service agent will be friendly, will help you, and listen to your bitch without complaint or malice. Its our job, stop ruining it for us. Mistakes happen! My Complaint : Got an email reminder from Proflowers for Mother's Day (I've used them before). Went to their website and logged in. Their homepage showed "Get 15% off today's order! Enter PROHUGS at checkout." There were no disclaimers about only some items being eligible, etc., just a banner at the top (I have a screen print!).
So I went to the Mother's Day section just below this offer, selected the flowers, went to checkout and applied the discount code but my charges stayed the same - no 15% discount! Tried again, also tried from my smartphone. Called Customer Service...very nice lady tried and the discount didn't work for her either...she contacted her supervisor (via email or chat - they don't work in the same location) who said I should enter the discount code. I told the rep again that I already did that. She tried again, asked what browser I used - I told her it didn't matter because I was on THEIR website. She tried again as did I; she called the Supervisor again who now said that offer expired. But it was on their website NOW!??
After 50 minutes - yes 50 minutes to try and save about $8 - the rep (still very nice) said it was only working from some of the flowers and not all. The only problem with that is that there was no mention of that limited offer on the site - I check all over that homepage! Seemed like a bait-switch...I told the nice rep that I would not be purchasing from them and to inform her supervisor. I ordered from another florist in the end.

ordered roses
rec'd almost dead tulips, 2 days after date they were scheduled to be delivered (paid a premium to get them delivered on a particular date)
called the day after they were supposed to be received - was told they would call back - never heard from them
additionally, the following three months I got billed the exact charge - never asked that they be resent, never ordered - but I was billed
have called several times to get charges credited back to my account, didn't happen. now I've contacted my credit card company to get charges reversed
funny thing is that I had a similar experience with a company named Sharies Berries and now I find out that they are owned by the same company
i'll never do business with either of these companies

The first time they delivered flowers without a vase and then told me they wouldn't be able to deliver the vase for another week. I was willing to give them a second chance. So, I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday. I requested and paid for a next day weekend delivery. I got a confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered. Great, right? No, not so much. They weren't really delivered at all. I called customer service to explain the problem and had to go through four different reps telling me they didn't believe me and would have to confirm with the florist. There recording claims I'm a valued customer and that they'll deliver flowers when requested. Yeah right! I'll be ordering elsewhere next time and I suggest you do the same.

Because some of the places I send flowers are a little isolated, I guaratee you that the local florist will not have the selection or the freshness let alone at the low cost that Proflowers charges. I love Proflowers. They are a godsend. No more will I ever have to send a bouquet via a network of local florists in which I insist on no carnations and wouldn't you know it . . . almost every time they use carnations. My Complaint : I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with Pro Flowers. I will never use Pro Flowers after the experiences I had on valentine‚s day and again today (3/22/12). First, my husband bought me $50 worth of flowers for valentine‚s day. They came DEAD. After he called and complained, you gave him a credit and an addition $10 for the inconvenience. Not only was this embarrassing for him, but also embarrassing for you since valentine‚s day is probably a day you should at least not deliver dead flowers. I went to use the credit today to purchase flowers and cookies. The order was going to the same person on the same day. With a 20% coupon, my order came to $53. When I went to check out, an additional $20 was required. I called to inquire and you told me the reason was because I would be charged for shipping twice. This is ridiculous since the order is going to the same person on the same day. I understand they are coming from different facilities, but I should be able to make an
order on your website and pay shipping one time, not for every item. No other company has that policy. Because I was not going to pay shipping twice unnecessarily, my thought was to purchase one item today and use the balance of the credit another day. I was told by a manager that this was not allowed. That my credit was good only for one use. This makes no sense seeing as that it is my money that was already spent once. When you get store credit at any store in the world, you are able to use it on more than one occasion, until the money has run out. I basically have $60 to spend with Pro Flowers and will be penalized if I don‚t use it all at once. No other store in the country has this policy.
After speaking with 2 different people at Pro Flowers, one being a manager, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and there was no flexibility. This a great way to lose business if that is your goal. There are hundreds of flower companies that would love my business who do not cheat their customers and send dead flowers. I will gladly give them my business.
I would not recommend you to anyone, and I anticipate telling all who will listen about the horrible experience I have had with Pro Flowers.

So immediately after I checked my bank account and they billed me for 89.11 !! I went back to the website and saw that it said something about free shipping so I clicked on it and it took me to Free shipping.com and I filled out the info including my credit card number. Anyway, I wrote Proflowers and told them I wanted a refund because they didn't give me a subtotal and I didn't want to pay 89.00 dollars for flowers. Subject: Pricing Question
And come to find out they not only charged me 11.99 for shipping they also charged me 9.99 for a "guaranteed Valentine's delivery fee"
so I looked on my bank account tonight and I noticed a charge for 12.99 from Free shipping.com, they were suppose to refund me not bill me, anyway I just called them and after being disconnected I called back finally some lady answered and said that they billed me for the monthly subscription fee to Free shipping.com which is 12.99 !!! I asked her what does a person get for that fee and she stammered a bit before telling me I would receive free shipping from 1500 merchants with my subcription, and I'm thinking what purpose does that serve doesn't that counteract the refund of free shipping. Anyway, I told her to cancel my subscription and I'm having the bank remove that fee tomorrow. :( all in all it's been a horrible experience. Oh ya not to mention I did get the damask vase but I thought it was an extra 9.99 not 19.99...!!!
Thanks for letting me voice my complaint and I hope someone read's this before placing an order.

My Complaint : Proflowers,
I ordered the tulips via Amazon through a flower company for Valentine's Day. I placed the order the day before Valentine's Day, scheduled it to be delivered ON Valentine's Day (2/14/12), received an e-mail saying my order has been processed and got an order number. However, the next day (Valentine's Day) I received an e-mail from Proflowers/Amazon saying there was a system's error and that Proflowers accept FULL responsibility and in turn the flowers I ordered to be delivered on Valentine's day weren't delivered on that day. It was delivered the day after (2/15/12).
I do not know what kind of business you are running but I scheduled the flowers to be delivered to my Mom ON Valentine's Day and NOT the day AFTER. Why would I want to pay to have Valentine's Day flowers delivered the day AFTER Valentine's Day? The flowers completely loses its sentimental value the day AFTER Valentine's Day. I received an e-mail of the "error" at 11:00am. Granted if I received the e-mail earlier I would've made proper arrangements and get flowers at a different shop. I was very angry when I saw the e-mail near noon saying the flowers could not be delivered. I called Proflowers and talked to a customer rep, but she said she couldn't access my order because I had an Amazon order number. I explained to her my situation and she said she had to talk to her supervisor about the issue and that she would make note to have the supervisor call me back within 48 hours. NOBODY CALLED. I assumed they just decided to not charge for the flowers because it was late and sent the
flowers to my Mom anyways the day AFTER Valentine's Day.
I recently saw a charge on my credit card for $42.29 from Proflowers. Why am I paying for this? Not only did you ruin Valentine's Day for my single mother whom I was trying to make happy, you are now charging me for it?! I should NOT be charged for ANYTHING and demand a REFUND.
This was the e-mail I received from Proflowers:

Dear Proflowers at Amazon.com customer,
Thank you for ordering from Proflowers at Amazon.com. We appreciate your business. Unfortunately, we have some bad news. Due to a recently discovered system error, for which we accept full responsibility, your order has been cancelled and will not arrive today as you had anticipated. We sincerely apologize. Our company prides itself on treating every order as if it were for our own family or friends. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong beyond our control and in those cases we seek to treat our customers as we'd want to be treated in the same situation. In this case, as soon as we learned about the error, we began the process of notifying you.
Your credit card has not been charged since this does not occur until the order ships. Any authorizations for funds on the credit card will fall off within 3-5 business days.
Once again, we sincerely apologize.

From what you said about "treating your customers like you're treating your own family and friends", if your friends or family schedule to have flowers sent to their parents for their birthday or a holiday and the flowers arrive the day AFTER, you'd still make them pay for it? That is absurd and shows a complete disregard for customer service on your part.

On Friday 3/2 - through the ProFlowers web site I ordered a funeral spray to be delivered on Saturday. My order number was: 82586357. I used PayPal to complete the order. Attached are the receipt from your company and my pay pal receipt. When I was at the funeral on Saturday - it was VERY disappointing to not see my purchase.
I have used ProFlowers many times - and have always been satisfied. Since I did access you through ProFlowers - I did contact them yesterday - and their response was they had no evidence of my order.
I have checked my bank account - and at this point it does not appear to have posted against my account, yet. However, I would like an explanation of how this could happen.
This was very disappointing and embarrassing.

Time constraints? I have never had an issue before ordering FUNERAL flowers the day before the service. If time constraints were the issue, an email telling me that the delivery was not going to be made would have allowed me to make other arrangements. The family does not want or need flowers sent to their house. Just please ensure that I am not charged.

Thanks
Since you choose to go with the standard public relations line, and not to explain to me how this happened, when you advertise sympathy and funeral arrangements that can be delivered 'same day', I will make sure to use other services and share my experience in every form of outreach media I have available to me.
And as a note - I did not cancel the order - you failed to fulfill the order, hence breaking the contract of purchase.

My Complaint : I was charged $45. extra, $15 a month for some "sister" company of proflowers. It took me an hour of phone calls to hunt down, stop the payments and get my money back. The operator who obviously deals with ripped off customers all day actually had an attitude and tried to blame me for joining their flower club. By the way my Mom loved her dozen chocolate covered strawberries, but she would drop dead if she knew I spent $57 on them.

My Complaint : I ordered flowers for Valentine's day from ProFlowers International. I will never do this again. First off they didn't deliver what was ordered and secondly the flowers they delivered were dead in 4 days.
When I called the company I was told they would send the correct order out immediately but that never happened. When I asked for a refund they gave me $9.00 instead of the $47.95 I paid. This company is terrible and I will never order from them again! Buyers beware of this company!

My Complaint : I am also done, finished, through with ProFlowers. Sent the iris and lily bouquet for my daughter and her family for Valentines Day. There were only 3 lily stems and one of those so damaged as to be unuseable. Several of the iris were withered and never bloomed out.
I complained about this as soon as ProFlowers sent me an email asking how I liked the flowers and the company graciously offered a $2.99 credit. WOW!! I was certainly impressed. It looks to me now that this is the shipping and handling charge that is included with every order that the people before me have complained about.
They sent me a survery to fill out and I gave every question a 1. Wish they offered a big fat ZERO!!
I now have an email purported to be from the CEO, offering me and 20% discount on anything I order in the next 30 days. AS IF! should have been sent another delivery or given a complete refund as stated on their home page.
STAY AWAY FROM PROFLOWERS!! Go local and you will be a lot less likely to be disappointed, and they will be a lot easier to deal with if you have a problem. After all, they have a reputation to uphold in the community. ProFlowers would have to build a reputation to uphold and at this point, their reputation Sucks!

Do you have a supervisor I can speak to?

Based on your website
http://www.floristexpress.net/guarantee.htm
Your website states that "Florist Express offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product depending on the situation. The choice is yours!"
My order total -
Birthday Brilliance (Deluxe) $59.99
Discount -$9.00
2 Birthday Mylar Balloons $10.00
Standard Service Charge $17.99
Next Day Surcharge $4.99
Item Total $83.97
Refunding me 20% is not refunding my money for something your florist obviously screwed the pooch on.
I do not expect to be refunded for the balloons - however not refunding me for the flowers/ standard service charge is unacceptable.
This is false advertisement on your website. It doesn't list that you will refund 20% - that's not customer satisfaction at all. My refund should be according to your website $67.99 which would be the flowers at 50.00 and standard service delivery at 17.99.

I've already personally taken her something else for her birthday last night since what she received looked nothing like what I ordered.

I am writing because I'm not happy at all with the flowers that I ordered for my daughter's birthday. She received them at 5:15 yesterday.
What I ordered looked like this http://www.floristexpress.net/products/birthday_brilliance.htm. As you can see in the above picture - what my daughter received looks nowhere close to what I ordered. I'd like a refund for this purchase.
I've used Pro Flowers on numerous occasions - using my personal email abrnmissy@gmail.com and I've never had a problem with this in the past.
I'm very disappointed that these flowers were delivered as a substitute to what I ordered.

My Complaint : On 3 stems with branches containing a total of 9 purple and white iris buds, only 7 fully opened and they were beautiful. On 10 stems with single blossom each and what appeared to be a solid bluish flower, none opened and appeared dried up upon delvery.
What ever happened to the little water containers that used to be attacted to the flower stems upon delivery? Run out because of heavy demand for Valentine's day? Received roses with water containers attched in years past and all was well.
Was very, very disappointed.

My Complaint : I ordered flowers for my wife who was out of the USA in the Philippines. I was told that they must be ordered by Sat. Feb. 11 to get there to her by Tues. the 14th so I did that. I called daily to monitor the whereabouts and now here we are and they are now 4 days late still not there. I was given a refund. I found out that the flowers are actually shipped from outside the country in a box so if they do show up they will be shriveled up and dead. We will see.

She said the next morning the flowers didn't look fresh. I tried to contact them but the address they gave never would go through the e-mail. The 1-800 # at the bottom of their site was actually Rocky Mountain Energy.

My Complaint : I received a dozen multi colored roses on Valentine's Day. One rose was broken and another was so bent over it almost dead. Those two and another two roses were frozen and never opened. In addition the other flowers opened very quickly and will not make it through today. How sad! I could not tell the person who sent them how disappointed I was with them.

They roses were small and not near the same quality that a florist would have. How disappointing this experience was.

I work in an office and everyone has seen what ProFlowers has sent. They have all been advised to never order from there and to alert all their friends to never order from ProFlowers.

Very sad and disappointed in the quality of their work.

My Complaint : I am a first time buyer online. I decided to order my wife flowers and have some one deliver them to her work since she was stuck there all day on valentines. I ordered for pro flowers the arrangement online looked great. I paid 85.95 for 2 dozen long stem colorful roses one for my daughter and one for my wife . Online it portrays that you guys deliver the flowers but when i got my confirmation email it says you guys would ship them ups?????????? I called customer service to cancel and spoke to a lady i did not get her name she was very rude and said i would not be in-titled to my refund she did not have the authority to do so. she was unhelpful on assisting me to were i could go to cancel my order. ok once i was done with her i figured just because there ship ups dose not mean they will not be good quality right???? my wife called and thanked me for the flowers i thought they looked like the ones i ordered online . when she came home with them this is what set me
off!!! She had to assemble them her self cut them arrange them. They were not even bloomed yet and already wilted and brown spots all over!! the day after valentines day they bloomed open but every pedal is just falling off one by one and wilted i am so disappointed If i knew my experience was going to be like this i would of never ordered form your company. I could have gotten 5 times better flowers at walmart and paid half the price. It looks like we got leftover flowers that were going to be thrown out. I will probably never order from your company again or recommend you guys. I could not cancel my order when i was unhappy about the delivery. I got no answers or help after i received my crappy order, I feel I should have been able to cancel my order before i received them or re ship the flowers that look like the one i ordered off your website. I received nothing but horrible customer service bad flowers and attitude. this was not the kind of surprise i thought my wife would get
on valentines day!! sincerely your very unhappy one time only customer

They werent even rainbow colored!!! To make matters worse my intern got roses from her boyfriend and they were beautiful. Everyone raved from them and they were NOT from pro flowers. My Complaint : I will never again use Proflowers or suggest anyone do so.
On the first time I used their service, which I booked 3 days in advance, the flowers turned up at 7pm, after the time I had taken my wife to dinner - way later than any other service I have used.
When I sent a complaint to customer service, they brushed it off by quoting their standard shipping policies. Clearly no desire to provide any level of customer service or make it right.
Their high shipping charges in no way guarantee you will get your product at a reasonable time.

Flowers were in ok shape but the fact they come in a box, you have to put it together and there was no fillers along with the roses. The vase was too large for the flowers and it is not attractive at all. I love my husband for doing this but his money would have been better spent going to a local flower shop. I would not recommend ordering from Proflowers.

My Complaint : I ordered "one dozen red roses" for my son to his girlfriend on Valentine's Day from ProFlowers. In addition to the various extra charges of approximately $30 on my credit card, NOWHERE was it stated that the flowers were MINIATURE roses, and NOWHERE did it say that they would arrive in a BOX and had to be assembled. The vase was approximately 6.5" high. The roses were wilted and/or dead and all the leaves from the TWO pieces of greenery were off the stems. The box was filled with the rose petals that had fallen off and there was ONE piece of baby's breath.
Vanessa works for a large law firm in town and the humiliation that she felt upon opening the box was beyond description. The reason that I am not attaching a photo of this dismal bouquet is because the state of the flowers was so poor, she was unable to place them in the vase because the rose stems were dried and there were no petals left!
ProFlowers engaged in false advertising for these flowers. Their ad suggests that one will receive the vase of flowers as shown in the photo. After the additional $30 was added for delivery, handling, shipping, etc., we could have bought a truly LOVELY arrangement here.
I have disputed this charge on my credit card and if I have to CANCEL that credit card, I will NEVER pay this bill!!
DO NOT BE HOODWINKED BY THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!!!!

My Complaint : Orders Gerber Daisies - multicolored in the display - and had ordered them before. Paid the extra 9.99 for Valentine's Day delivery on top of the 15 for delivery. The order arrived late in the afternoon the day after Valentine's. (Oh and I ordered the deluxe arrangement as well.) I had called on Valentine's evening about 10pm to complain and was offered an arrangement upgrade for the flowers. I accepted. When the flowers arrived they were all white daisies looking nothing like the photo (or the arrangement I had received in the past) and in poor condition. I'm not going to waste my time calling back to complain again. I won't purchase from Proflowers again and I will post this to all applicable websites. All told - 80 dollars for some sad looking flowers the day after Valentine's. Goodbye Proflowers.

My Complaint : On top of being overcharged for a simple bouquet for my wife on Valentines day, the flowers never even showed. Calling the customer service line I was informed that Proflowers couldn't find a vendor to fill my order for my requested and paid for date of February 13th. They did not send them for the 14th either defeating my plan to schedule early just in case they were late. They did not send them at all. Considering I made the order on January 31st I figured Proflowers would have enough time to fill the order and deliver on time. They certainly charged me and I'm in Tacoma, Washington. Plenty of florists. When calling, they offered me late delivery on the 15th or a refund. I will never use this place again. They are unreliable, expensive, and completely unprofessional to deal with.

My Complaint : I ordered these for Valentines Day 2/14/2012 for my daughter. I called to check on the order and found out they don't send a bouquet that is made up. They don't call a florist and have them made. They ship them from a location by UPS in a box. The recipient has to rely in their talent to put them together. The disturbing thing is the flowers aren't even close to what was represented. They did refund my money because, no where on their site do the acknowledge how the flowers are made or not made and how they are just sent in a box via UPS.

Called for a refund and (after 30min on hold) was told "...what happened was it probably couldn't be delivered because of all the deliveries..." When I told her the "Guarantee", next day shipping, expedited fee, et al. override any excuses, she replied "umm...".
"Umm", indeed.
Speaking of head-scratchers, $35 in shipping, 15 of which was hidden until final checkout? $65 for flowers when I chose the $55 option? $110 to look like an idiot without flowers on Valentine's?
No thanks.

My Complaint : My complaint is against Florist Express - which is owned/operated by ProFlowers. I placed an order 1 week before Valentine's day to ensure adequate time for order fulfillment. During the course of making my order, I was given the opportunity to request that the order be expedited for a delivery on or before noon of that day - which I selected. I also selected that if no one was there to accept it, don't leave it at the door. I was having the flowers being delivered to a banker at a bank branch in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Valentine's day comes around, and I expect that the moment the order arrives, I would receive a confirmation email, not to mention the recipient would thank me. I wait until 2 PM without hearing anything, and call Florist Express for a status update on the order. The rep that answered had attempted to contact the local florist that was subcontracted to fulfill my order, but couldn't get through. They told me they sent a message to the florist to notify them regarding the status of my order, and that they would call me back when they have received the details.
Hours later, I hear nothing. So, I call again, go on hold for 25 minutes, get hung up on, call again, on hold for 35 minutes, and finally get a hold of a rep who went through the same motions. I call once more in the evening - well past banking hours, on hold for 15 minutes, and get a rep that went through the motions again. Only this time he indicated that when he called the florist, they hung up on him! I asked for the number for the florist, and he happily gave it to me. Upon doing research on the phone number, I discovered that the florist really isn't that local to me nor the recipient.
I am relentless. I kept calling and calling and calling until someone picked up at the local florist. It was their driver - who said he just happened to answer the phone, but would look into my order, and call me back. Great. Never received a call back from them.
In the early morning (12:35 am) I was sent an email confirmation from Florist Express indicating that the order had been delivered. - which I read when I woke up at 7 am. At this point, I hope they didn't deliver at that time of night because it's against my request not to leave the order at the door. Remember, the recipient works at a bank - bankers hours. Being that the branch is located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, I wouldn't hold much hope of the flowers still being there in the morning.
So, the recipient makes it to work at 8 am, now knowing to be on the lookout for the order, and informs me that the order had not arrived / was not there. So, I call Florist Express, and got hold of a rep who, when looking into the order status, found out that the florist submitted confirmations of delivery for all orders in one fell swoop - regardless of whether or not they actually delivered the orders. Thus, I received a confirmation email. In short, the order was never delivered. Needless to say, I requested a refund. However, since I called so early (8:10 am), the rep couldn't verify that the order wasn't actually sent because the florist wasn't open until 9 am. She said she would call me once she contacted the florist to confirm the refund.
Three hours later, no call received. So, I called Florist Express again, on hold for 20 minutes, got hung up on (meaning, they picked up for a second, didn't say anything, and then immediately hung up), called again, on hold for 35 minutes, and finally got a rep on the line. I immediately asked for a refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to return to my account.
To make a long story short, my experience was frustrating to say the least. The call center system for Florist Express could not handle the load, and thus, often returned a busy signal when attempting to call them. Often times, after a while, I would be automatically transferred to an entirely different call center - made obvious by the repetitive pitch that played referencing totally different companies and websites while I was on hold. The most of the reps were poorly trained, and are unapologetic. There seems to be no accountability for what happens to the order once it's been paid for. I will NEVER use Florist Express again, and neither should you if you would like your order to be delivered on time - or at all, as in my case.

My Complaint : Wow talk about unprofessional, It would have been nice to know that the flowers from ProFlowers.com are an UPS Delivered assemble your self kit vs an arranged by a professional, hand delivered gift. What a bunch of crap. Then there is the nickle and dime delivery charges and the fake pictures of candy and teddybear that when they arrive are tiny and not to scale compared with the vase, a typical bait and switch operation at best

My Complaint : I got an ugly flower erector kit for Valentine's Day. This was the worst gift ever and if he ever buys me flowers from you again, he will be wearing them. I'm not mad at him; however, he paid 130 bucks for the worst assortment of roses I have ever seen. You are theives, not business people. I will make sure and post negative comments on every site I can find until we get a refund in full. Every time I look at them, I get more angry. The one time my husband remembered to order early in the 12 years we've been married, and you messed it up. Thanks for absolutely nothing. You have 24 hours to respond before I contact the Better Business Bureau.

My Complaint : I ordered One Dozen Sweetheart Roses with Ruby Vase & Bear on the 10th of February to be delivered on Valentines Day. They delivered them on February 13 called it a flex delivery that was in the fine print that I never saw (very misleading) I told her I clicked on February the 14 not the 13. Now the whole thing is I was at the fire station on a 24 hour shift for Valentines day and wanted them to be a surprise for her because we wouldn‚t see each other on VD if I wanted them delivered the day before I could have hand delivered them myself . Then when I saw what she got I was even more upset are you kidding me. Than to add to it she said they came in a box all wrapped separately took her 10 minutes to unpack them cutting her finger on the packaging and than arrange them herself really∑.. And they where all wilted and some had snapped stems. I called to complain they where very cold to the fact they ruined our Valentines day and unwilling to help me after many attempts
they only would resend me the order but not on Valentines Day they said I missed the dead line by 20 minutes I said you mean the 20 minutes I just spent on the phone trying to get you to work with me and refund my money she had no reply I would not recommend these shysters to any one my kids have picked better dandy lions in the back yard!!!!

My Complaint : My sweet mother in law was trying to surprise me by sending me flowers in my husbands name. My husband is deployed and she wanted to make my day better. That was all ruined when by 9 at night she called to see what my husband sent me and found out that nothing had been delivered. She then had to tell me that she was sending me flowers in his name and was surprised they had not arrived. She called and was told "They were delivered on her door step". I looked out side, nope no flowers, looked on six of my neighbors doors, nope no flowers. So she calls and complains and gets the run around. Finally at 10:30 at night they show up. Not looking nice or even done up, nope they come unceremoniously in a box and you have to put them together in the vase. Ok fine what ever, it's 10:30 at night, I am tired the flowers barely made it on Valentines day, at this point I am just glad to have them. That is until I opened the box. My roses were brown, and half dead. They
are limp and look like they have been on my table for a week. NEVER AGAIN will we use this company. I told her to demand her money back!

My friend received these flowers today and emailed me a picture. Needless to say, the flowers arrived wilted and do not look a thing like the photo online.
First there are NO gerbera daisies and no megamotos.
Second, these flowers were replaced with what looks like weeds that someone pulled out of the ground and put in a box to mail them to her.
Please review the attached photos and you will see that what arrived looks nothing like a $70 bouquet of flowers. I would like to know why I was charged for a lovely arrangement as shown on the website then simply shipped a bouquet of filler flowers that look nothing like the image on the Proflowers.com site.

Pay, get the confirmation email, and I'm charged 55. I emailed back and forth and they said they'd send a 6.00 refund. Anyways, get the flowers and they look like shit. I was expecting a personal delivery to my girlfriend, not a fucking box of flowers for her to open and put together. Pathetic. The flowers look NOTHING like the picture. My Complaint : I DO NOT RECOMMEND PROFLOWERS.COM! The idea seems like a good one but my experience has not been very good. The issue is the delivery. I had ordered that my girlfriends Valentines flowers be delivered in the morning. It is nearly 2:00PM and she has nothing! The problem is the flowers are shipped to several locations around the country via FedX and not arranged locally (Denver). This opens the door to late deliveries due to the potential issues of FedX being late. If you go with a service that uses local flower shops you will not have to deal with the issue of FedX botched deliveries. Next year going to a local shop and having them make the arrangement. This is not going to be a good Valentines Day for my girl or for me. I know she is not upset with me buy I wanted to be the hero today and instead I am feeling like a zero! Once again I DO NOT LIKE MY EXPERIENCE WITH PROFLOWERS.COM!

I made my selection and I paid extra to have them delivered today by noon. I called to confirm that the order was delivered, but to my suprise it had not been. As a matter of fact I was told that it wouldn't be delivered today at all. Now I did not wait until the last minute because I forgot. I waited because I wanted it to be a suprise. I did not want her to see the credit card transaction. Either way it still would not have been here. They told me that they will refund my money. Wow! Now I'm back to square one. They said that it will be there tommorrow. For a company who does these sorts of things as suprises all the time, you figure that they would know that that would be unexceptable. They said it was due to adverse weather conditions, but the weather was fine in New Orleans. Sounds like a way of passing the
buck. Guess "guarantee" has a different meaning these days. Now I've ordered from ya'll before, but I don't think I'll be able to play the Pro Flower Lottery again. Its ashame though. because ya'lls flowers are great

When I called to see what the status or when they would be delivered I was told that the order had been deleted and that someone had been trying to call me and email me! Well that was bull! My Complaint : I would like to display my utmost and utter displeasure with the ProFlower service. I was disgusted when i realized the flowers were getting delivered via regular UPS in a cardboard box. Being in the shipping and receiving department for the company the flowers were getting shipped to (for a woman in the front office), and receiving them off the truck, when I know boxes get thrown around when delivered regular UPS ground, was sickening. After seeing this, and having to hand deliver the flowers to my loved one instead of her being surprised by someone walking though the door she sits in front of - and in a box nonetheless - was the most embarrassing thing I have ever had to do in my life. Opening the box and not knowing what to expect (except for the knowledge that the arrangement was not going to look as good as it should) was unnecessarily frightening. And when I saw the dull, wilting flowers that were inside, it broke my heart. How was I to tell her that I was
serious and actually expected her to like these flowers, especially when she has worked for florists and loves flowers. I‚m hoping there is something you can do to make this better (seeing as I paid $73 after all shipping and handling fees), although I can tell you I will most certainly not want any type of credit because there is no way I will ever use your company again in my life.

So the price of the flowers more than doubled with all their add-on charges. But they have a CANCEL ORDER button. So, no problem, right? I'll just csncel that order. Maybe I didn't see the info about all the extra charges. So,I'll just cancel the order and I hit this button. But the site informs me that it is too late to cancel the order. It has been less than 5 minutes since I placed the order!!!!
This business is a rip-off. I strongly recommend that you do not do business with them. I have had much better luck with1800flowers.com. I have used them many times and I have always been treated well and they have always delivered quality products. I tried to save some monety and got burned.
I guess we will see what kind of flowers my girlfriend gets for Valentines. But regardless, I will go back to1800flowers.com for all future purchases. Proflowers will lie to you and that will keep me from using that business ever again.

My Complaint : I recently viewed a television advertisement for proflowers.com stating I could get a flower arrangement for my wife for Valentine's day for $19.99 with a free vase. I went to the website, entered the promotional code and was given the $19.99 flower arrangement with a free vase. I then paid for the arrangement with my check card only to find that I had been charged $45.97. A far cry from the $19.99 advertised on television. I contacted them within the hour to cancel the order and was told that my order had already been processed and that it was too late to cancel. They were already processing and preparing my flowers on Sunday afternoon within 40 minutes of my order??? After multiple contacts I then turned my attention to the Better Business Bureau to find that they have an "F" rating with the BBB. I was very disappointed as I also discovered that they are affiliated with Personal Creations.com as well. My wife and I have ordered from them for years. Now, due
to this experience we will not be utilizing their sister company anymore either. I strongly advise not utilizing the services of this company as they have many hidden charges that will elevate your total cost.

My Complaint : They say they ship for 9.99 standard and if you want early morning delivery it is 14.99. They mislead you and charge you both fees. I tried a second order with the same contents but no early delivery, Guess what the charge amount was the same. 14,99 for standard and then they add a bunch of misc charges to equal the 9.99 charge. So a 19.99 deal with a card cost 57.99. What a scam. If the flowers show up like we see here i will request my money back and if no refund. a nice lawsuit for the flowers and sweetheart damages.

My Complaint : When ordering flowers, I didn't select to have the flowers delivered in the morning as it was a charge of $14.99. I opted for the charge of $4.99 to have the flowers delivered sometime on Valentine's Day. I then opted out of the "Shipping Rebate" as I didn't want to sign up for any type of service. After I confirmed the order, the delivery charge went from $4.99 to $4.99 + $14.99. Sent e-mail to company to find out why they charge me an extra $14.99 when I didn't request for morning delivery.

My total ended up being $66.73. The price for the 29.99 flowers turned into 39.99 and there were 2 delivery fees and then a crap charge of 2.99... none of which i was able to see until it was to late...i wish i check into them a little before i ordered. On top of everything they will not let you cancel. Looks like my Fiance' will be getting some really crappy flowers from them and I will be going to the local florist and buying some flowers like i should have had to begin with. Lesson learned.

My Complaint : I ordered flowers and they stated that my order qualified for $15 rebate but I had to pay the total before I could get rebate. When I tried to get my rebate, they asked for very personal questions and up to 3 credit cards, then I discovered I was signing up for a service with freeshipping.com and they would be charging my card $12.97 per month.
They charged me $4.99 for next day delivery, even though they said it was free.
This company is a scam. Report them anywhere you can. I wish that I had seen all of these complaints before I ordered.

My Complaint : This company is far worse than misleading in there charges. They promise all through their website that you will have the chance to enter the code for free delivery, and then after you enter your credit card info you find that you have been charged an additional 3.00 for "handling and care" and 4.95 for "valentines day delivery" plus 9.99 for standard delivery....so 18.00 more than promised! Then to get the delivery rebate you have to join some other scam company that will charge you 13.00 a month if you don't unsubscribe in time. Better business bureo. These scam artists need a class action lawsuite BAD.

My Complaint : I know that many of the posts will have more detailed accounts of the discrepancies of "Pro Flowers"..mine is simply a difference in advertised prices. I just think the whole thing is highway robbery to begin with. They entice you with the picture of a full vase of flowers at the price of 19.99. First off, the deception of their tactics begin with requiring you check card information before allowing you to customize your order. So like a fool, i gave them my card info. Starting at the advertised price of 19.99+ , I then ordered the smallest vase and selection of roses and tulips to total about 5 flowers in all. My ending bill was between 80 to 90 dollars after delivery was tacked on. I couldn't believe it. So as I tried to cancel the transaction by closing out the screen (mind you, I never pressed a 'submit payment' button or anything) they processed the transaction!!!! I called their customer service line and a rude lady answered the phone, arguing me down that the
rules clearly say that 'once you begin customization phase then you are committed to a purchase." WTF!!! I told her that is the most craziest thing I had ever heard of. It's like they lure you in with the 19.99 thing and once you click on the first button...you're doomed. After a brief verbal altercation, she canceled the transaction over the phone without charging my account, something only possible through her own computer on her end. AMAZING!!!! it's like they know they are advertising falsely..and the customer service representatives are just there for a last ploy of 'scare tactics' in hopes to bully you into paying astronomical prices that you are supposedly 'locked into.' PLEEAASEEE...for that price I'd take my chances of sneaking onto farmer joe's property, past his rusty shotgun and unlawfully plucking a vase of flowers for my girl. 80 bucks my A@#

All empty promises and excuses to get away with our money and we have no rights?
All of us should contact CBS Consumer Report and warn people on the News with Valentine's Day ahead not to use this service. They are luring you in like a fish on the hook and once you placed your order you have no more rights to complain.

My Complaint : I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentines Day. I thought I saw $4.99 "delivery charges" during the checkout process. "CNBC discount"
I received an email a few minutes later. The total charges were about $20 more than the flower price, including 9.99 delivery, 4.99 guaranteed valentines day delivery, 2.99 care and handling, 1.65 taxes.
I called to cancel the order roughly 10 minutes after I placed the order. The customer service rep, Reuben, said that the order was in process of delivery (5 days from now!) and could not be cancelled. The following 5 minutes of pleading, complaining, cajoling, weeping, swearing, threatening, etc., were to no avail.
All in all, it was a most unpleasant experience. I will tell anyone I can how awful this company is, starting here.

My Complaint : I bailed out last minute, luckily.
Tulips for $19.99 seemed like a great deal, plus a free vase and free chocolates!
Oh, shipping is $6.99. No problem, I'll put in a coupon code for 15% off to allay that cost a bit.
Okay, let me click on the confirm order and--wait! What's this $4.99 "guaranteed on Valentine's day" fee? What's this $14.99 shipping fee? Now the vase costs $6.99? I thought it was free?
The final price on the confirmation page (of which there are FOUR buttons to confirm your order, and ZERO buttons to change your order) was over 40 dollars!
Since there was no way to change my order on that page, I clicked on their home page, went back into my shopping cart and deleted the order. No thank you, I'll take my wife out to a nice dinner for $40 instead.

My Complaint : Do not use! Deceptive, and unreliable. Ordered flowers for my mother Sunday afternoon for Monday delivery (her Birthday). Got called Monday saying they could not deliver until the next day. I asked for a refund of the crazy service charge they applied for "next day delivery". Got called again Tuesday saying they could not deliver to her address at all. She lives in a highly populated suburb, not out in the country somewhere where the delivery zone excuse might have made (some) sense. I asked for a full refund and have yet to get one. If they were unable to deliver to her address, they should have told me when I submit the order, not after delaying the order and finally deeming it undeliverable. Thanks Proflowers for ruining my mother's birthday. I will never use you again and plan to warn everyone I know.

My Complaint : Complaint: Affiliate company EasySaver offers a coupon at the end of a purchase with "fine print" that is - at best - hard to find describing how one click auto enrolls a person into a service that comes complete with a recurring $14 bill for a nonexistent service. One click and ProFlowers shares your credit card and billing information with EasySaver. EasySaver never sends out monthly statements. As long as ProFlowers and others affiliate with EasySaver, ProFlowers and others should also be regarded as fraudulent companies - its a SCAM at the very least.

If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product depending on the situation. The choice is yours!" This is false and untrue. Sure they will give you a 15% discount coupon on your next order. When I told them I would never order from them again they offered me a 20% discount. All I wanted was the flowers I ordered to be delivered correctly and I guess they can't do that. I ordered an arrangement of roses, lilies and alstroemeria and got daisies, lilie buds and roses barely open. They blamed their supplier again and again. But NO REFUND or REDELIVERY. You should be careful of who you partner with in selling your products. IC freeshipping has so many fraudlent charge complaints in 36 states. Given that you seen to think that is ok, I am planning on posting to my daughter's IVY league university Students' bulletin board a note warning them about purchasing products via ProFlowers and that when they think that the flowers they order will be shipped free - think again. the item ordered qualifies for free shipping.
On the order page, the link "Shipping Rebate Click Here", it said to
proceed to confirmation to get free shipping. However, I do not want to

shipping. It did not offer another option on that page to receive the free

Please let me know when you credit my account.
The ProFlowers representative stated that they DO NOT offer FREE SHIPPING which is definitely NOT the case as the web page clearly states they do with the code that was included in the email. Customer service would not credit my account.

It's simple.... I have been a faithful customer of Pro-Flowers for YEARS!! Today I ordered my aunt a little Christmas Tree from Pro-Flowers. She had a stroke and is paralyzed and lives in a nursing home and I am her primary caretaker as all our other family has died. Unfortunately, when I placed my order, I accidentally misspelled her name. When I realized this, as I hit the submit button, I frantically called Pro-Flowers to fix this. They stated there was absolutely nothing that they could do. I talked to 2 people and they said that it wasn't their fault and that they could not change it and would not cancel my order. I explained the situation with my aunt and that didn't want her to get something from me with her name misspelled. They said they still could not do anything, which I know is not true! My Complaint : Ordered flowers for the Thanksgiving table. They never showed up. Proflowers answered my email with a "form" email that there was an unexpected "glitch" and they never were dispatched. DUH. THEN they tell me that IF my account was charged, they'd refund my money in 5 to 7 days. RIGHT. Guess again.
What a joke.

My Complaint : Had the same experience. I placed a same day delivery for my mom's birthday, like I do every year since she lives 4hrs away from me. She actually looks forward to this every yr on her bday and mother's day. I paid extra for same day delivery. Pro Flowers says that if you place an order I believe its before 2pm they can deliver same day. I placed mine before 9am. At 4:30pm I called to check the status of delivery and was told it would be delivered before 6pm she even put me on hold to check with the florist. An hour later I get a call telling me the florist had a last minute funeral to do and couldn't deliver mine until the next day. As pissed as I was I agreed because the lady who called promised me the flowers would be del. by noon on Saturday. At 9:15 Saturday I rcv an email saying my delivery was made so I call my mom and no Delivery! I call back and was told the florist confirmed the wrong order by mistake and guarenteed my delivery by once again 6pm. At around 4pm I get another call telling me it will now be Monday! Pissed I do what anyone would do and I demanded my money back. Now the day after my mom's bday and no flowers. Honestly when I demanded my money back I should have rcvd my money back plus my order should have been delivered anyways. Forgot to add on Friday I had the person that called me call and apoligize to mom and also she was promised the order on Sat. before noon and she sat home all day waiting on this gift from her daughter. Never again will I order from Pro Flowers and I will tell anyone who will listen to use someone else for all gifting orders.

My Complaint : I am attaching a picture that shows the flowers I ordered from www.proflowers.com and the ones that were delivered to my daughter-in-law today.
I am not pleased. I did not get what I paid for. They used a different photo to "sell" the arrangement and then delivered something very different.
Also, these flowers were NOT professionally arranged. Someone at the warehouse just grabbed them out of a bucket and stuffed them into the vase.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my sister in the hospital who had just had complications from major surgery due to cancer. She never received the flowers even tho my credit card was billed immediately. This was September 29th. I still have not had compensation from this online floral service. Amazing to me that they would continue to advertise on the internet with this poor history. Even more amazing that they take advantage of people sending flower good wishes to those who are sick, celebrating a major event as a wedding, and/ or who are dead (funeral flowers). I would either like the flowers sent to my sisters home - now one month post op; OR my credit card credited for the amount deducted!!! HOW DO THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT?

My Complaint : This place is a scam. Unbelievable. First it started with the $19.99 cost, then they tacked on the shipping that doubled the cost. THEN THEY CHANGED MY ORDER!!!! I ordered 1 dozen roses with a matching vase and they changed it to 2 DOZEN LONG STEM ROSES!!! WTF!!! So when the order gets there, I can't imagine how stupid it is going to look. First of all the flowers are not going to fit the vase I had to buy, but even if they are cut down to fit the vase they won't all fit in the vase!!! I'M SO MAD!!!! I sent these flowers to my mother who is in a nursing home and unable to use her hands. What is going to happen to these flowers I don't know. Maybe they will be wilted before the box is even open. I had no idea what a terrible company this was until I've seen all these other complaints. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Complaint : I am trying hard to restrict my anger at the moment. To put it simply, I ordered a delivery and paid almost $35 is rushed and existing shipping fees to get an arrangement delivered in time for a FUNERAL that took place on Wednesday morning, August 17th. I received a notice yesterday from your president (form letter I'm sure), that said they had to change the order but would make sure it was delivered ON TIME as that was their priority! Now I receive a notice in my in-box today that my order was delievered to the funeral home the day after the funeral at 10:50am on the 18th. That is outrageous and I'm furious! I called and confirmed with the funeral home that this information is correct. The father of his deceased son is now coming into the funeral home again today to pick up this package. That is a horrible thing to do to a parent who has just lost a child.

The funeral was yesterday, what good are flowers delivered today? . If the company could not fulfill the order they should not have accepted it nor charged me expediting fees. I ask that ProFlowers make this right…I am not sure what I am asking for as nothing could really repair that situation nor the embarrasement this has caused me with the family.

My Complaint : To summarize this review: DO NOT use this company!
Also.. The website used was floristexpress.com (same company)
I had organized a night out for my fiance and her best friend, which included a night in a hotel along with a concert seeing her favorite band.
To make it even more special I decided to get flowers delivered to her hotel.
Even though not the cheapest option, I went with FloristsExpress after seeing they showed on their main page "100% on time delivery" and also had a guarantee towards satisfaction or money back (or redelivery)
That along with the fact that they delivered to business address' by 5pm (which was a must for my delivery)
I also requested if possible to have them delivered around 4pm (would have been perfect but would not matter an hour later).
4pm came, no delivery, so i assumed they could not do it, happily waiting for the 5pm delivery.
I was on skype with my fiance at 5pm, still no delivery, I called the hotel reception to have it confirmed that no flowers were delivered.
I sent an email to the company requesting a status update, to which 13 minutes later i received an email stating they had been delivered.
Once again I called the hotel to have it confirmed that they were not.
I called the company to advise them of this, and was told that sometimes (even though they should not) florists update it to delivered when the flowers are loading the the vehicle, and was told he would investigate and call me back.
Of course no call back and as it approached 6pm my fiance was saying goodbye as they needed to head out to the concert.
at 6pm just as she was leaving reception had called to state that there was a delivery man there.
So my fiance went down and picked them up on the way out.
I contacted the company via email and told them the events that occurred, I received an apology and was told that they would investigate and contact me with the findings.
a week later I received an email saying that they had been delivered at 5pm.
another week later I emailed them explaining the WHOLE situation again, in aim to help them investigate and allow such a headache be avoided in the future with other customers.
They replied saying it was again delivered at 5pm and the hotel reception must have called them and hour later (even though i told them this was not the case and called the reception 3 times over 2 hours to have it confirmed).
back and forth emails, full of excuses and justifications.. they are now telling me that a hotel is not a business, but residential and that i ordered the flowers after 3pm and that 6pm is the delivery time although they can deliver up to 7pm with a request for 3pm.
I contacted them advising them that i never ordered for after 3pm, and that if they want to class a business as residential they should specify that on their website so others do not get confused.
at the end of the day, they messed up, and rather than accepting responsibility they would rather debate it over and over via email, and show no care for their promises or guarantee let alone their customers.
I will never use this company again, and would strongly recommend you do not either, as they are all about money and not customer service and make promises that they have no intention standing by.

My Complaint : Their charges are very unclear. They list delivery charge and when u pay the bill, there is another charge for delivery depending on the day you pick. I sent my children flowers this weekend (which wont come from Proflowers again) and i was there. I usually never get to see what i sent. In the picture it is a pretty basket of mini roses. My Complaint : This is the worst on line florist I have ever have had to deal with. I have just told my employers we will never use them again. They have never sent what you have ordered on line. Instead they replace it with cheap arrangements that die within days. Do not order roses from them; they do not last and it is a huge rip off. Their way of compensating you is to to give you a discount which does not take away the bad feeling the recipients have about receiving bad flowers.

My Complaint : I just had roses sent to my wife and from what she told me one was broken and they were a little brown. I find that very disappointing because I‚m in the military and on a 7 month deployment and this was part of our 10 year anniversary present and the flowers were half way dead. If I was home I would have gone to pick out the very best to give to my wife and I really can‚t emphasize how disappointed I am knowing that she was not happy with the product she was delivered since it took me 2 hours to order them online on the USS George H. W. Bush (CVN77). The internet speed out here is horrible and I can‚t believe all the time I put into ordering them and this is the product she received. I did mention to my fellow shipmates that there was a great special going on at www.proflowers.com and it was a great price, but I will now inform them that you give out a horrible product and I do not recommend ordering from you. I would like a response back to make sure someone did read this and you are in the process of looking into this matter to make sure that this doesn‚t happen to other customers and other military members serving throughout the world and just want to get nice flowers to their loved ones.

My Complaint : What a scuzzy company.

After a son sent a very expensive bunch of roses that arrived wilted and dropping petals, I was given a $91.60 credit to use later.

Today I discovered whilst trying to use the credit that their "Standard" delivery fee is NOT included in the product price .... and amounts to roughly 20% of the new bunch of roses. In addition to taxes there was a "Care and Handling" fee of mo43 than $3.

When I called to complain I was told that this used to be part of the Delivery Fee but they had had to break it out separately "because of the growers". Huh? And just by coincidence the total order price came to EXACTLY the cost of my credit.

This bunch should be avoided. They are not conducting business ethically.

I searched the better part of two hours looking for a website that had a pretty arrangement with orange flowers, her favorite color. Found a beautiful one at ProFlowers. When the flowers were delivered to her, they were embarrassing. Not only did they look nothing like the picture - NOTHING like the picture - there wasn't an orange flower in it. Not one. Not only were there no orange flowers in the arrangement, but there weren't even the same number of flowers as stated in the description on your website. They put red flowers with pale cream colored flowers. Truly ugly. Nothing close to what I ordered. The florist should have called me to see what I would like substituted if they didn‚t have what I ordered. They did not do that. I'm still waiting for them to credit my account. My bank says ProFlowers has not authorized it. Pro Flowers says it was authorized and credited. They lie. Pro Flowers is holding on to my money. I think they do this to everyone who cancels or has an issue.

My Complaint :
I ordered a mixed bouqet for my 80 year old grandmother as a surprise for Mother's Day since she was going to be coming home from the hospital after a rather bad fall she took and unfortunately I could not be there for her homecoming. She called me to thank me for them and she was so sweet about it, but it still embarrassed me when she told me how they were delivered. While they arrived on time, they were in a box and wilting and weren't even arranged. They also didn't include the card for her, so she had to call and ask if I had sent her flowers. Thank goodness my aunt was there to arrange them for her!
I emailed them with my complaint and even called the customer service number which is not great at all. The lady I spoke to was incredibly rude and even tried to blame it on the delivery person. They tried to pawn off a gift card on me, a discount on my next order, and I informed them I want them to refund the money because there's no way I'm paying for wilted flowers for my 80 year old grandmother. She deserves better than that. They informed me it will be refunded in 1-2 days, but I'm not holding my breath. It's quite clear they don't care about their customers, they just care about making money no matter how shady they are about it.

Mother's Day Flowers

I am very upset with what has been sent to my mother in law. I had ordered the almost $74 of shipping and flowers (Ito my mother in law and what I saw I couldn't believe..nothing but dirty water anf flowers just thrown into a regular plain old vase. I ordered these specific flowers because of the beauty of not only the vase and arrangement but the flowers as well. There was absolutely nothing besides ONE flower close to looking like what I had ordered. Attached to this e-mails is the picture of what was sent and the order confirmation with the picture of what my mother in law SHOULD HAVE received or at least something close to that. So upset...the whole thing look so plain..a ribbon wasn't even put on it. The whole arrangement looked like weeds picked from the backyard with some of the Iris flowers put in it. I understand that not all flower shops are the same but this whole arrangement was a mess∑they could have at least put in some other type of flowers or a bow or something to make it look better or close to what I originally ordered. I want my money back. I spent too much money to receive something like this..not happy at all. Something better be done about this.

I follow all of the care directions explicitely, and open up the box immediately after they are delivered. Most of the roses never open and die in a day or two. When I called and complained, they have replaced a couple of the bouquets, with the same result. This did happen a few years ago. The carnations seem to survive a long time.
I haven't told my son about this, but I shall, as I don't want hime paying for something that was not worth it.

My Complaint : This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Not only will my step mother and my 80 year old grandmother not recieve flowers on Mothers Day but my day is also ruined. I placed 3 orders on the 3rd of May and called and spoke with them several times to make sure my orders would be good. I was reassured everytime that my ...orders were good to go. The first order that was supposed to be delivered on Mothers Day was delivered on Friday the 6th. I had two more orders left. I recieved an email at 400AM (on Mothers Day) saying they could not fulfill my orders. I called and "Alissa" said that she didn't know why I recieved the emails and that the orders were "on the truck". My family never recieved any flowers. Once again I called back and was told they didn't have florist in the area. I wanted to know why I was told that I was good to go and not told the truth so I could have made other arrangements. All they offered was "sorry" and a $20 gift certificate that I would never use because I will not do business with them again or any of their affiliates. They also offered to call my Grandmother and tell her sorry. REALLY? This may be the last Mothers day that my Grandmother sees and they want to tell her sorry?? They are only going to refund the money for two orders although they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I AM NOT SATISFIED!! This business DOES NOT care about their customers and I would not be suprised if the money is not refunded to my account in 1-2 business days like they said they would.

My Complaint : Ordered the tulips for my step-mother for Easter, arrived in box with three bulbs instead of the flowers. When I complained with proflowers they said if I wanted fresh flowers, I could order next time with another site they worked with. Despite numerous complaints, they will not offer any refund for the bulbs they mailed instead of flowers. I was so embarassed by this delivery. While the container was beautiful, she still does not have blooming flowers to fill the container with. I ordered from a local florist instead for mothers day. Do not order with proflowers - what a rip off.

She got a little card with someone else's name on it. It took my mother four days to find out who the flowers were from. I called to customer service to voice my complaint and was told it's a very busy time of the year. REALLY? I'm busy too but took the time to order your pathatic company for this kind of customer service. No discount No apology. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My Complaint : In February 2009, I sent roses to my (now ex) girlfriend who was in a medical center in Florida while I remained in NY. Proflowers tried telling me that the flowers weren't delivered because no one was there, preposterous, she was in a hospital, there is ALWAYS someone there in a hospital!
I got my refund, unsubscribed and have used other florists since.
Fast forward to 2011, Mother's Day, my mom is ill and has moved to Florida. I was at work and realized I hadn't done anything for my mother, I clicked the first ad I saw in my email and sent her 30 lillies and a box of chocolate. More than half the lillies were dead and the rest were either unopened or just plain rotten.
Here's the best part... I realized after placing my order that it was Proflowers that I had the problem with and tried canceling. I explained that I had problems with them on Valentines Day and the supervisor said, "yes, we had a factory issue on Valentines Day." I almost laughed before I said, "no, this happened 2 years ago."
This is just an awful, AWFUL site and they should be shut down.
Don't use them.

When I called Friday night to find out why I was told the local florist who was to hand deliver the arrangement refused to fill the order! They called a florist in Yonkers to fill my order 3 hrs away from Yonkers! They agreed to find another florist and never did! On Saturday I check again and that is how I found out! They never called to alert me. All they offered was a refund OR delivery on MONDAY the day AFTER MOther's Day!!!! After I had to call a local florist MYSELF to get a PLANT sent on time for Mother's day, they refused to reinburse me for the extra $25 fee I had to pay! They only offered me a coupon on a future purchase!

My Complaint : Very dissapointed ordered on line. Was not able to view order until gave all credit info and excepted order. They over charged me for delivery. Called and complained and wanted to cancel order. They would not let me. They did however correct the price, so I thought. Payed for guaranteed deliver on 5/6/11 before 8. They never showed. Called at 9 complaining. They said they would refund the full 50 dollars. I questioned the amount as I was told that it was only 39 dollars after the so called price correction. That never happened. Long story short, flowers finally arrived after we all went to bed. Called again to tell them they arrived and was told to keep the flowers and still confirmed my refund. The roses were in bad shape after being in the Fed Ex truck for 13 hours or more. Will not be doing that again.

Heaven forbid if she incurred more charges than the $19.95 price advertised on the radio. I did take a picture of them and could e-mail it somewhere I will. I'd like to know what to do now. My Complaint : A product that was advertised for a certain price on their website turned into something MORE than twice the amount, but only after leading the consumer into providing personal information and credit card information.
From the time a product was selected on their website, it did not provide any information or indication about the hidden charges, and the website deliberately misled the consumer through several screens asking for customer and payment information only to surprise them with a final amount that was more than TWICE the amount, which included hidden charges that were not advertised.
This is deliberate misleading, constitutes to predatory sales practices and unethical because by the time the consumer realizes the final price, the business establishment already has collected all of their personal and payment information, which cannot be reversed.

My Complaint : This is the email I sent to the BBB and their customer service dept.
The above orders were placed by me on Tuesday at 1:58 PM and 2:03 PM EDT. While ordering from your website and noting that most items stated they could be delivered the next day (including the items I ordered) and while speaking with your customer service representative, I was under the impression that the flowers would be delivered to my work address, and to my two work colleagues today.
Upon further inspection of my emailed confirmations, I realized delivery will not occur until Friday, May 6th, 2011. I understand that there maybe an increased volume of deliveries due to the upcoming holiday. No time during my online viewing, or while speaking with my customer representative, was I ever given the idea that the date of delivery. Nor was I notified that due to a seasonally high volume of calls, the earliest items could be delivered is almost 3 days after I ordered. This is misleading. If I had been told this, I would have no room for complaint.
I also know that I also placed an order today with another online vendor and was given the option of picking delivery dates, costs and warnings about the increase in deliveries due to the Mother's Day holiday. This needs to be addressed. And after reading many online complaints I will be cancelling my order and going with a local florist.

My Complaint : I wanted to buy my mom a Mother's Day gift, but I live out of state and don't have much money. $19.99 for flowers seemed like a pretty good deal...until I looked at the final total and realized that they charge not only a delivery fee, but an "extra fee" for every delivery (it says "normal cost + *insert price here*"), then they charge you a fee for the gas they use to deliver, and then a few extra random charges that they never explain. After all this, my $19.99 flowers came out to $53!! That's more than TWICE what the flowers were supposed to cost!!!
Needless to say, I canceled my order, and I will never purchase flowers from them.

My Complaint : Do NOT use Proflowers. I ordered a "custom order" for a friend's funeral, called it in so that they would know exactly what I wanted, paid an extra $5 each for additional roses, wanted more than what the photo showed. Then they charged me $14.99 for delivery, an extra $4.99 for a "weekend delivery". The order came up to over $160 dollars, which I would have been happy to pay IF the flowers were as ordered. When I arrived at the funeral I was shocked to see that my flower arrangement had NO roses, not even one! Instead, they sent me 12 small white daisies, three orange Gerbera daisies, a few tightly closed stargazer lillies, and lots of greenery and "fluff". I called the local florist immediately, the French Florist in Los Angeles, and requested that they bring the correct order, only to be told that they had no roses and that the lilies were closed so that they would last longer. It's a funeral, they don't need to last longer, I need the arrangement for the funeral, not two days later! They said they were sorry they could not help me. When I returned home I emailed Proflowers and then began a multi email exchange that was right from the Twilight Zone. They offered me a $20 gift card, and when I said that was unacceptable, they offered me a 15% discount. I sent them photos showing what I received, telling them I do not want a gift card, and a 15% discount is not acceptable either. I want to pay no more than what a handful of white daisies is worth, nothing more! They continue to send me emails saying "thank you for letting us help you resolve this issue"! This is so aggravating. I will take this issue to my credit card/ bank and let them resolve it. I encourage others NOT to use Proflowers, and if you have this horrible experience, hold them accountable. Do not pay for what you do not receive!

I ordered a specific flower and paid extra for a Saturday delivery between 9-5 so that they would be delivered to the office. about 2:30 no flowers so i went on line to track my order and found not tracking number so i called proflowers. i was told that without giving me a call to let me know they had substituted a flower from a local florist because they were unable to fill the order. They had refunded half of my money i was told, and though i thought i should have been called i decided to make the best of it. I asked that they confirm that delivery would be made and was placed on hold for a good while. when the girl returned she said they had called the local florist and delivery would be made by 5. At 5:30 i called to inform them that no delivery was made. they did no even offer to look in to it or to ship something overnight. i asked for a refund and it was given(at least they said it woul,d be in 5-7 business days) they are very unprofessional and untrustworthy. to top everything off i called the order like and asked if they had my flower in stock and the man said "we sure do"

My Complaint : I was satisfied with the flowers that I ordered for my mom but am shocked that such a company would associate them selves with "East Saver", a scam that takes your CC and charges you monthly for nothing! I never even realized this was happening because it is just $14.95 a month which is a small number but after a few years, I realized that this was not an authorized charge and disputed with my CC company to find that I was charged over $350! When I called EasySaver, they gave me some bull#### saying that I was signed up with ProFlowers which I never accepted. My Complaint : Do NOT order from this company! I ordered flowers for my grandmother that contained a hummingbird feeder. My grandma called and I asked her how she liked the hummingbird feeder and she said there wasn't one. She explained that in place of the feeder they gave her a stick with a butterfly on the end. I called customer service and they acted very surprised to hear of that. They said they would call me back the next day after looking into the situation.
The next day they did call and said that the florist that delivered the flowers didn't have a bird feeder and they checked every florist within 25 miles and no one had a bird feeder all! I was very frustrated because they advertised this flower arrangement as having a big feeder in it. We came to the conclusion that the a florist nearby my house had a feeder and would deliver the feeder to me and I would just send that to my grandma.
The following day my grandma called me and said the original florist who delivered her birthday flowers returned and TOOK THE FLOWERS AWAY FROM HER. They told my grandma that I had cancelled the order and they needed them back. So at this point, I had paid for flowers and no flowers had been delivered and there was no bird feeder.
I called customer service again ( took another hour of my time) and was told that because I needed the feeder sent to my house they had to cancel the other order and take the flowers back. It was sooo crazy. I had to argue to get the flowers back and the bird feeder. The company offered me a discount in the form of an email for another flower arrangement and that I would get flowers sent to me and none sent to my grandma. I finally got the company to redeliver flowers to my grandma and they took her mums instead of the original azaelas that I had ordered. A flower arrangement showed up at my house 3 days later with the birthday card for my grandma and the cheapest plastic bird feeder around. My husband said he saw the exact one at Home Depot for 2.99.
This company is a joke and has the WORST customer service ever! I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid their deals!

My Complaint : My best friend‚s mother died on Monday afternoon. I immediately went to ProFlowers and ordered flowers to be delivered first thing the next morning. At 6:30 PM, on Tuesday (the day of delivery)someone called to apologies saying that they couldn‚t mind anyone to deliver the flowers that day. They offered to call my grieving friend to apologize (Call a grieving family to apologies for flowers they knew nothing about? Are they nuts?!) They assured me my order would be delivered first thing *Wednesday* morning. By 2:30 on Wednesday I hadn‚t heard anything and called. I was cut off by customer service twice.

To cut a long story short ˆ The purpose of spending a fortune to get the flowers there asap was so that my friend knew instantly that I cared. Having them delivered, with dozens of other floral tributes, *three days later* isn‚t the same thing at all. With their apologies they offered to refund my express shipping fee. LOL Since it wasn‚t express, I demanded they not charge me at all, but they told me since the flower were ˆ eventually- delivered that wasn‚t possible. They offered me a $20.00 gift card toward my next purchase. They could‚ve offered me a thousand dollars off. I still won‚t buy from them again.

I ordered from them once before ˆ upgraded to the most expensive version of the order. The flowers were delivered were the less expensive stem count, and half dead besides. I‚ll never use them again. ProFlowers and From You Flowers, Florist Express ˆ same place. Buyer beware!

They will tell you that they will stop the charges and then they will DOUBLE it the next month. I called both companies multiple times and never received any response at all from ProFlowers. Easy Saver hotline personnel are totally surly (I spoke to "Bob" and the manager "Glen Jones" - in India - obviously made-up names) and all they do is try to barter with you about how much they are willing to refund you. My Complaint : NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered flowers for my mother, who is a widow, on Valentine's Day. They were puny and almost dead looking when we received them and as if that wasn't bad enough, they charged me $39 for the whole order when it was supposed to be $25. The website said the flowers were $19.99 and shipping was unavailable for everyday before the holiday. If you wanted to have them delivered on the actual holiday, it would be $19.99 and the day after would be $4.99. So, I chose the day after. I just got my statement and when I saw they overcharged me, I called but customer service just acted like it happens all the time and that the website doesn't tell you what you are actually getting charged, just that the fees you see are on top of the regular shipping charges.

I had to even pay extra for this and as of 5:45pm the day of the supposed delivery, nobody had any clue where the highly overpriced package was. Called to complain and like everyone else has stated, they were very nice and cordial on the phone, but offered absolutely zero ways to rectify the situation. Heard their commercials on a radio show I used to listen to, they got rave reviews so I tried them BIG MISTAKE! You will never get another order, or penny from me again! DO NOT USE PRO FLOWERS!

My Complaint : Ordered Valentines Flowers and Paid extra for garanteed valentines day shipping. $39.99 flowers ended up costing over $90 with all the extra fees and delivery charges. Called Customer Service at 5:15pm valentines and was told the flowers were "on the truck" and would arrive "shortly" Called again at 6:15pm and was irritated and asked to speak to a supervisor, the call was placed on hold and then disconnected. Called again at 6:45pm and was told that the driver had not come back yet and they should be there shortly. Called at 7:15pm and asked for a refund. Was told that they could NOT refund my money until they received word from the florist that the flowers were un-delivered. 7:55pm the flower guy shows up with a tiny vase of yellow and white flowers and no box of "free" chocolates as the offer implied. I ordered a large bouquet of pink, red, and white flowers with a free box of small chocolates. I asked the guy where the chocolates were and why was it not the right bouquet. His reply was "I dunno, I just deliver". I refused the order, called them back and they said they would have to wait to verify that the order was refused, 2 days go by, no refund. Had to dispute the charge through paypal and had to wait until 8 days later for paypal to decide to refund my money. I ordered from proflowers 2 years ago with no problem but after this fiasco I will NEVER use them again.

I just got them, two days later, and after I spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with the ProFlowers Customer Service department last night telling them I wanted a full refund. The flowers are puny and dying (big brown spots and edges)amnd the are literally two sprigs of baby's breath in the bunch. I will NEVER order from ProFlowers again, ever... and I've been spreading the word about my experience to my family, friends and colleagues. Very disappointing.

My Complaint : This place is a joke. I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Vaelntine's Day in New Jersey. The flowers never showed up - obviously, my wife was very upset.

I called the company that evening, and they said they could not locate the flowers, but call me back the next day. Never received a call. The following day, again, they did not call me, and I had to call them back again. They offered to refund me the full price that I paid. No kidding - what else can they do. When I asked them to also send some flowers to my wife with a note of apology, they said they will not do it.

THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION. I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - EVER!!!

My Complaint : February, 14, 2011 was the first valentines day that I decided to send a gift to my husband as a special surprise. I had ordered him the 3 mini cheesecake gift. I was charged $10 for shipping, $5 for Val. Day delivery and $3 for handling. The first problem was it arrived at 7:30pm. My husband, luckily was still at work. The second issue is that when I received the delivery confirmation email it stated that the gift had delivered at 3:44 that afternoon. LIE!!! The third and most offensive problem is that he did not receive cheesecake. He was sent two tiny boxes of chocolate covered cherries and a cookie. I know you are thinking, yum, the cherries in liquor covered in chocolate. NOPE!! Marachine (the ones used in cocktails) dipped in chocolate. I am getting a full refund from Proflowers but they killed my surprise. Didnt notify me of the change and MY HUSBAND HATES CHERRIES!!!

My Complaint : I ordered flowers for gauranteed Valentines Day delivery from Proflowers. I got a confirmation email that the order was placed and scheduled for delivery on 2/14/2011. No errors and nothing out of the ordinary.

The flowers did not arrive. I called proflowers customer service. Waited on hold for over 30 min. (Valentines Day) and was told that the order was not confirmed in their system. How can that be, I have a confirmation email, confirmation number, and a authorization on my credit card. She said they tried to call. Hmmm, we are in the 21st century and EVERYONE has voice mail. They did not leave a message, and the rep claimed there were no notes that they left a message.

OK, so now what? They said they would put the order back through for delivery on 2/15. At full price? I asked. Yes. What about the $40 extra in delivery charges and Gauranteed Valentines Day delivery charge? What is the gaurantee? I don't mind splitting it, but pay the whole thing?

She checked with a supervisor who looked up the account and said he could not find it in the system even though she said she was looking at it. She had to take a callback form to have me called back. Should I hold my breath?

Since I have an email confirmation, the charge authorization went through to the bank right away, no call or voicemail, I am considering taking them to small claims court. What would the process be and what chances do I have to recoup money for my time and them not fulfilling their contract. It is not about money, but the principal. I expect what I ordered, especially on Valentines Day! And I expect them to make it right, not offer to deliver the next day with the over inflated delivery charges for Valentines Day that I paid.

My Complaint : I ordered 2 dozen long stem red roses on February 9th to be delivered on February 14th to France for Valentine's Day. I waited and waited for confirmation of delivery and decided to telephone the person to whom they were sent. They never arrived. I notified Proflowers, who apparently farms their work out to flowerfarm.com and they told me that they had delivered the flowers at 11 a.m. I asked to whom, and they were unable to verify or confirm to whom the flowers had been delivered. They told me that it would take 2 or 3 days before they would have an answer. This is not satisfactory because they were to be delivered on the 14th. There is no customs involved with this order, because the flowers are actually from a place in France. I informed Proflowers that if the flowers did not arrive on the 14th, I would like a refund. Proflowers stopped and sent me an e-mail stating that they were refunding my money; which will take 8 to 10 business days - this is still unsatisfactory.

My Complaint : I just noticed that I have been charged $14.95 per month on my credit card from Easy Saver. I didn't know what this was but in checking the internet, it appears that I am getting this charge because I have ordered from ProFlower in the past. We have ordered many times and have been very happy with your product and service.
Unfortunately, we are not happy about this unfair credit card charge. I have check through past statements and find that this has been going on for over a year. Pretty silly of me not to have noticed but I would like to cancel this charge immediately and ask that you refund the funds taken so far. The first charge was on 6/6/2009 following two orders from ProFlowers for $50.96 and $66.74 on 5/9/2009.
Total charges: 7 months in 2009, 12 months in 2010 and now 2 months in 2011. 21 months at $14.95 equals $313.95 and nothing in return.
Please let me know what you can do to correct this and refund my money.

My Complaint : I live in New York, and I was looking to send flowers for Valentine's to a friend in Florida. I heard the radio ad for a dozen roses, + chocolates + free vase, for $29.95 and it seemed like a good deal.
When I went online to order one day, they had a hidden charge of $2.99, which on Sunday was labeled as "Fuel Surcharge", this on top of the $9.99 delivery charge. I did not order the flowers.
On Monday I looked for the same deal, and the extra $2.99 is still there, but today Monday, it's called "Care and Handling". I called the toll-free line, spoke to one "Andrea", and she said that the $2.99 would "cover the packing and to make sure it was properly packed", to which I replied that the order should be properly packaged in any case. She said she was sorry but that fee could not be waived.
I mentioned to her that this is a deceptive advertising, and on principle alone, I would not order the flowers. I hope they take notice of this and not try to "nickel and dime" the consumer.

Little did I know that a confirmation would be sent to my email address 'supposedly' stating that I've been enrolled in a membership that charges $14.95 per month... Why would I agree to being billed monthly for flowers I might order once every two years? I've been charged six months worth in the amount of $90 before I found this on my statement and customer service only agrees to remove $30. I find this very fraudulent and deceitful as I do not recall getting notified of this monthly charge. It makes absolute no sense that I would have agreed to this. My Complaint : I made the mistake of ordering flowers online from ProFlowers just one time, and I will never use ProFlowers ever again. What a terrible scam. I order a couple of overpriced bouquets for Mother's Day last year, and today (Jan., 2011) I just happen to notice a random, unauthorized $14.95 charge on my credit card from "Easy Saver." I decide to look at my recent credit card history, and sure enough, I've been getting billed for $14.95 every month for at least the last 3 months.

I did some digging on the internet, and there are scores of other people posting the exact same experience after ordering from ProFlowers. I never received any notification whatsoever from ProFlowers telling me anything about being signed up for any bogus program for any amount of money. The only thing I ever received from them was a confirmation of my purchase of the two bouquets of flowers. ProFlowers' execs should be thrown in jail.
